Boston Renegades win the Women’s Football Alliance championship in Canton, Ohio.

The Renegades beat the Minnesota Vixens 42-26 at Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium. The team wins it third straight championship and sixth overall, behind quarterback Allison Cahill, playing in her 18th season, who completes 21 of 34 passes for three touchdowns and scores another to become the game’s Most Valuable Player.
